Who is responsible

When a client business uses our WhatsApp assistant, that business is the controller of its clients' data and Aivance acts as a processor on its instructions.

What data we process

• If you message us or use the form on this site: name, business, phone or email and your message.
• If you chat with a WhatsApp assistant run by Aivance: phone number, profile name, message content, booking details (service, date and time) and notes added by the business.
• If you come from a Meta lead ad form, the details you entered there.

What we use it for

To reply to you, manage bookings, follow up as requested and provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it for our own advertising.

Legal basis

Steps you request before or under a contract (information and bookings), your consent when you fill in a form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business), Google (Gemini AI models, which generate the replies), Contabo GmbH (servers), Resend (contact-form emails) and, where applicable, our WhatsApp connection provider. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts or the business keeps the service, or until you ask us to delete it. After that it is deleted or blocked for the legally required periods.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mgarcia@aivance.info. To delete your data, follow the data deletion steps. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
